 Family Life Center In 2007, God led the people of Bear Cove Baptist Church to construct a new Family Life Center ("FLC") on the West side of our church campus. The new facility includes additional Sunday School space, an oversized basketball court, a stage area for worship and concerts, capability for state-of-the-art multimedia, sound, and lighting systems, and kitchen/concession facilities. It is our prayer that God will use our new facility to reach the people of White County for Jesus Christ and we will bring glory to Him. Construction of the FLC commenced on Sunday, August 5, 2007, and Phase One ended in October 2008. The FLC was dedicated to God on March 8, 2009.
Bear Cove members who are 21 years of age and older may request a reservation to use the FLC by completing and signing a reservation request form and submitting it to the Church Secretary or to a Recreation Committee Member. Once a completed form is submitted, it will be forwarded to the Recreation Committee for review. Reservations should be requested as far in advance of the scheduled event as possible. Church Members may reserve the FLC for their exclusive use for a three hour event by submitting a $50.00 usage fee to the church office prior to the event and completing a reservation request form. Church members who wish to utilize the facility and will share the use of the FLC with other church members during the same hours are exempt from submitting a usage fee. All persons using the FLC should adhere to the FLC rules and regulations at all times.
